Ellen Watters is a consultant in economic, workforce and community development focusing on research, project management and strategic planning to create prosperity in neighborhoods, cities and regions. She has particular expertise in developing strategies to leverage Anchor Institutions for community advancement. She has been consulting with a broad range of clients, including foundations, government entities, nonprofits and cross-sector collaboratives for more than 10 years. Prior to consulting, Ellen served as Senior Vice President of Economic Development for the Saint Paul Area Chamber of Commerce. A graduate of Macalester College, Watters lives in Saint Paul.
