Arlette Cepeda
Wagner College Director of CLCE
Arlette Cepeda is a civic professional and a visual artist. Cepeda is the director of the Center for Leadership and Community Engagement (CLCE) at Wagner College. She oversees student programs and initiatives focused on community engagement such as the Bonner Leaders Program, the IMPACT Scholars Civic Network, Wagner College’s Educational Pipeline, 30,000 Degrees and the Port Richmond Partnership.
Cepeda received a B.A. in Studio Arts from Hunter College and a Masters degree in Higher Education and Learning Organizations Leadership from Wagner College. She has participated in various individual and collective exhibitions and been a teaching artist for the Brooklyn Arts Council, New Visions and The Children’s Aid Society in New York City. Cepeda was also the administrative director for CAS/AileyCamp Staten Island, a public relations assistant for Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater and worked as a wholesale and retail representative for Petrossian Caviar.
